Documentation

Definition

The environment of a template contains various functions determined by the context. The functions help determine information regarding the SAP environment and possibly that of the external system that can be accessed based on the template definition.

Each template application has its own environment. Before you create a template, choose an environment. The environment determines a number of parameters including the row and column types that will be available in the template.

A template main environment can use functions from different subenvironments, but not from other main environments.
