DEFINITION&

Determines whether the hours from the previous period are also copied when you select the Copy previous period function.

• If the parameter is selected:
  When the previous period is copied, the hours from the previous period are copied to the current period. The hours from the first day of the previous period are copied to the first day of the current period, and so on.
  For data entry periods other than one week, this may cause working days to be copied to non-working days. Therefore you should not use this function for periods other than one week.
  
• If the parameter is not selected:
  When the previous period is copied, the hours from the previous period are not copied to the current period. .
