Key under which correspondence types are grouped for controlling the periodic correspondence. An interval for determining the generation frequency and a charge schedule are among the control parameters determined for each correspondence type defined.

Use

You can assign correspondence variants to contract accounts at contract account/business partner level. The control parameters defined in a correspondence variant are evaluated when the correspondence run is executed and used accordingly.

Use

Correspondence variants can be assigned to contract accounts at contract account/business partner level or at business partner/ insurance object level (this is controlled using the indicator corresondence parameters for insurance object- partner active in the upper part of the tab page Correspondence).

The control parameters defined in a correspondence variant are evaluated when the correspondence run is carried out, and then used accordingly.
