By pressing the Create proposal key, you see the system default values.
Example
For correspondence creation, you want to include all correspondence for correspondence type 0001 due in calendar week 10. To do this, you specify correspondence type 0001 with a weekly interval and period 10.
By running the program to create correspondence, you will generate correspondence that is due in calendar week 10 for all the contract accounts selected which were assigned correspondence type 0001 with the correspondence variant.
