Definition
Frequency that determines the time intervals for creating correspondence. You can only select the correspondence intervals for which there are incomplete periods at the end of the year.
For the intervals delivered by SAP, there are only incomplete periods for the 14 day and monthly intervals. The periods in these intervals are linked to the calendar months. Since the number of calendar weeks per year can be 52 or 53, in years with 53 calendar weeks, the 53rd calendar week is assigned to period number 27 for the 14 day interval, or period number 14 for the monthly interval. In years with 53 weeks therefore, there are 14 day and monthly periods that consist of only one week, and are therefore shorter than the usual periods for their interval.
Use
Clarify how you want to proceed with these shortened periods.
