Documentation

Determines the intervals within which correspondence is to be generated for the correspondence run.

Use

Defines the time intervals to be used in creating correspondence.

When you execute the correspondence run, correspondence is generated if the interval specified in Customizing under correspondence type has elapsed since the last correspondence was generated and the period for the interval next due is selected in the program run parameters.

Note

In the component Contract A/R & A/P Public Administration, you can create incoming correspondence for a specific interval and frequency.
