Time that influences the start of the conversion.
Use
The start of ths conversion is delayed by a randomly selcted time between 0 and the time you enter here.
Use the parameter to avoid bogging the system down at peak times.
Example
You want the conversions to be executed at night. The earliest start is 6:00 PM (18:00).
Enter 6 hours and the conversions will be executed at a randomly selected time between 18:00 and 24:00 (midnight).
