Use

When transferring data between different systems, data formats may differ. If certain source system fields are shorter than those in the target system, you can use this parameter to define whether the empty spaces should be filled with zeros or spaces and which side of the field should be filled. Possible entries are:
X0 = Fill in zeros at the right.
0X = Fill in zeros at the left.
X- = Fill in spaces at the right.
-X = Fill in spaces at the left.
