Determination of a unit group for fleet consumption values
Use
Dependencies
Exactly one dimension is assigned to each unit group via the SI unit. This unit should always be of the category 'fuel consumed'/'performance provided'. Output units for fleet consumption values must be assigned to a unit group in Customizing and belong either to this dimension or to the inverse dimension.
Example
1. For example, you require the output unit 'liters/100 km' for fleet consumption values. This unit belongs to the category 'fuel consumed'/ 'performance provided'. The relevant dimension is volume/distance, that is, surface. The relevant SI unit is m^2. The output unit 'liters/100 km' must also be assigned to the unit group with the SI unit 'm^2'.
2. You require the output unit 'miles/gallon'. This unit belongs to the category 'performance provided'/ 'fuel consumed', which means that the corresponding dimension distance/volume = 1/surface must be inverted in order to find the correct unit group. This output unit must also be assigned to the SI unit 'm^2'.
