Definition

Difference between the current and previous meter reading result, whereby billing and register factors are taken into account.

Dependencies

If you correct consumption manually, the current meter reading result is not not adjusted. The system then bills the corrected consumption and not the consumption calculated from the meter reading difference.

Example

The meter reader reads a defective meter. The incorrect meter reading result is uploaded and fails validation. The employee who enters the result knows that the meter is defective due to a meter reading note. The employee can change the consumption and it can be used in billing.
