Use
Globally unique identifier (GUID) used to identify a product internally, where the product GUID has the format RAW and the length 16. At external interfaces (such as BAPIs, business objects), it has the format CHAR and the length 32. The product GUID does not appear on the user interface, where a product is normally shown with the product ID, product type, and original system (logical system).
