Use
This field is used for balanced statements, for example account statements, to delimit the listed items.
Example
If the issue time and date is set to 16:12:00 on 20.07.04, all items that were posted up to 16:11:59 on 20.07.04 are listed.
Note for Industry Component Public Services
The time accurate to the second is retained when you create incoming correspondence. The relevant system date is entered in the field Current Date.
