Definition
Input field for the search engine service (SES) for full-text searches on the basis of business objects.
Use
You can enter several keywords separated by spaces. The system then performs an AND-linked full-text search for production or process orders with all key words. It is not possible to carry out a full-text search for planned orders.
Keywords from the following areas are found: order header, order item, sequences, operations, phases, components, document links, serial numbers and characteristics from variant configuration. The characteristics are stored in the form Name = value (e.g. "color = red"). For more information, see Input Field for Full-Text Search.
Dependencies
The system can only find the orders that were previously indexed. Because the indexing is done asynchronously, orders created a short time beforehand may not be found.
