Use

• For coinsurance-relevant premiums and claims, the field receives the contract for the policyholder.
• For costs for premiums and claims without reference to a corresponding premium/claim contract, the field receives the cost contract for the coinsurer.
• For costs for premiums and claims with reference to a corresponding premium/claim contract, the field receives:
• The cost contract for the coinsurer, if the associated premium/claim document has not yet been set.
• The insurance policy for the policyholder, if the associated premium/claim document is available.
