Use
This means that the selected correspondence type is taken into account together with the corresponding interval when executing the program run for creating correspondence.
Example
If the monthly creation of a correspondence type has been defined in the business partner - contract account relationship (for example the customer receives an account statement each month) and if the include indicator is set for the corresponding periodicity, (e.g. include each month), then correspondence will be created for this customer.
