Use

For balanced statements, for example, the account statement, this field is used to select the items listed.

Example

If the date and time of creation are 07/20/04 and 16:12:00, all items that were posted in the system by 07/20/04, 16:11:59 are listed.

Note for the industry component Public Services

When you create incoming correspondence you can define an issue date. The system offers the current date as default value.
