Use

This allows for gaps in correspondence creation.

Examples

A customer receives a bill each month.
If there are no receivables for a particular month then they should receive no bill.

In this case the indicator gaps in correspondence creation allowed should be set in the correspondence type. No processing will be carried out for that case.

If the indicator is not set, then an empty correspondence entry will be written to the correspondence history. A letter will not be produced.
