Definition

Indicates the status of the shift report.

Use

By choosing a status, you can restrict the selection of the shift reports. For example, you can search for just those shift reports that need to be signed.

A shift report can have the following statuses:

  • Saved

    The shift report has been generated and saved. However, this status is only possible if you are not using the digital signature.

  • Discarded

    The system sets this status if you have chosen the Discarded function key while processing the shift report. The shift report is then invalid.

If you are using the digital signature, the shift report can additionally have the following statuses:

  • To be signed

    The shift report has been generated and saved. A signature is necessary, but has not yet been provided.

  • Signed

    This status is set by the system as soon as the shift report is signed. The status is set only if just one person has to sign.

  • For checking

    The first signature has already been provided. A second one is necessary, but is not yet in place.

  • Checked

    All necessary signatures exist. This status is set only if more than one signature is necessary.

  • Rejected

    The shift report has been rejected by the person responsible.
