Definition
Specifies what the completed shift report is to look like.
Use
You can define the appearance of the shift report irrespective of the requirements of the individual work center. To achieve this, create different shift report types in Customizing for the production supervisor and specify for each type the data from which the shift report is to be generated, such as shift notes, confirmation data, graphical evaluations etc.
You assign the shift report type to a work center or a hierarchy.
