Use

The following are sensible field names to use when grouping objects that are visible in the shift note:

Example

If you want to group the shift notes in the shift report by creator, enter ERNAM as the field name. A separate section with the relevant shift notes will then be outputted for each enterer of shift notes in the shift report.

If you additionally want to have the shift notes entered by Mr. Example listed first in the List of Shift Notes area of the shift report, for example, you must also create a group definition for the grouping criterion Creator with the field name ERNAM. In the group definition, you create an entry for Mr. Example by specifying the user name of the latter (e.g. MUSTER) in the Field Content field. If you want to define a separate heading for the shift note group of Mr. Example, enter this in the Heading field in the group definition (e.g. Mr. Example).
