Definition
Shows the name of the grouping criterion for the list of shift notes in the shift report.
Use
You can group shift notes in the shift report according to various criteria, such as plant and creator. See also: Group Shift Notes
Dependencies
You can use the grouping levels to sort the shift notes in the shift report.
Example
In the first step, you create the following grouping criteria:
- Plant
- Creator
In the second step, you assign a grouping level for each of the two criteria:
- Grouping level 1: Werk
- Grouping level 2: Creator
This leads to the following result in the shift report:
In the shift report, the shift notes are grouped by Plant and Creator and sorted alphabetically as follows: First all shift notes from plant 0001 alphabetically by the name of the creator, then all shift notes from plant 0002 likewise by creator. A separate section is displayed in the shift report for each creator.
You have previously defined the layout for the sections of the creator in the grouping criterion Creator. If you have not defined a layout for the grouping criterion, the system uses the layout you have defined for the shift report in the latter.
