Definition

Indicates the shift note type. The basis for the shift note type is the notification type.

Use

With the shift note type, you define the appearance of the shift note.

Dependencies

A notification type can only be used for a shift note if the following conditions are satisfied:

• In the IMG activity Define Screen Areas and Tabs, you have assigned subscreen 130 (shift note) to this notification type.
• You have made an entry for the notification type in the IMG activity Make Settings for Shift Note Type and set the Independent Shift Note indicator.

The system additionally carries out an authorization check. In order that the user can use a notification type as a shift note, the following authorization objects must be assigned to him or her:

• C_COCF_SRA for the work center
• C_COCF_SRH for the hierarchy
