Definition
Specifies that the system is to show the function key @J1@ in the processing transactions for the shift note and the shift report.
Use
You can use this function key to send one or more shift notes or shift reports within the ERP system. The recipient can then display the document in the ERP system starting from the SAP Easy Access menu by choosing Work Center --> Inbox.
- However, you can also use this function key to send shift notes and shift reports to external Internet addresses. For more information on the prerequisites for transmission, refer to the Shift Notes and Shift Reports documentation ( --> Shift Note --> Send Shift Note/Shift Report as E-Mail).
