Definition

Specifies that the system lists confirmations in just one shift report with the aid of smart selection.

Use

• If you set the indicator, the system performs an extended selection to avoid redundancies in the shift reports. A confirmation is then listed in just one shift report:
• Either in the report for the shift in which the operation was carried out
• Or in the report for the shift in which the confirmation was entered
In this case, the system issues a message to the effect that the list contains entries for events that did not take place within the evaluation period of the shift report below the List of Confirmations section. These confirmations are additionally marked with an X for an event foreign to the shift in the list of confirmations.
• If you do not set the indicator, the system performs a simple selection. In this case, redundancies may occur in the list of confirmations, because it is possible that a confirmation is displayed in two shift reports:
• The confirmation is displayed in the report for the shift in which the operation was performed.
• The confirmation is additionally displayed in the report for the shift in which it was entered.
In this case too, the system issues a message to the effect that the lis contains entries for events that did not occur within the evaluation period of the shift report below the List of Confirmations section. These confirmations are additionally marked with an X for an event foreign to the shift in the list of confirmations.
