Definition

Specifies that the Attachments area is always to be displayed in the processing transactions for the shift note.

Use

• If you set the indicator, the system shows the Attachments area in the lower half of the shift note screen. You can then add documents to the shift note as attachments.
• If you do not set the indicator, the Attachments area is not displayed in the shift note.

Dependencies

• You must specify a document type and a storage category.
• To be able to set the indicator, you must first have made the following settings in the IMG activity Define Screen Templates under Define Screen Areas and Tabs.

  You must select the notification type and double-click on Simplified View: Screen Areas.

  The Simplified View: Display Screen Areas: Details screen then appears.

  Here you must enter the following:

• Tab Page Allocation: 2
• Screen Area 1: 130 Shift Note
• Screen Area 2: 131 Shift Note Attachments
