Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the system is to log changes to shift notes.
Use
- If you have set this indicator, a previously saved long text cannot subsequently be changed. However, it is possible to add to it (the old text is then shown in gray).
Furthermore, log lines are written for the following activities:
- When you create or extend a shift note, the system notes the user, the date, and the time.
- If you change the category, the system notes the previous category.
- If you change the reference object, the system notes the previous reference object.
- If you set or unset a deletion flag, the system notes this activity.
- If you add or remove attachments, the system notes the action that the user performed and the file name of the attachment.
- If you do not set the indicator, only the user who created the shift note can change or delete the shift note.
