Use
With this setting, you define whether only the timespot of the event or a time period is to be entered. The system then shows the relevant fields in the shift note.
You have the following options:
- Timespot and Time Period with Defined and Open End
With this setting, you can enter both timespots and time periods. It is also possible to enter events that have not yet been completed. In this case, the system shows in the shift note the fields for entering the start and end date/time and the Specify End and End Open indicators.
- Timespot and Time Period with Defined End
With this setting you can enter both timespots and time periods. However, the event must have a defined end, i.e. events that have not yet been completed cannot be entered. In this case, the system shows the fields for entering the start and end date/times and the indicator Specify End in the shift note.
- Only Time Period with Defined or Open End
With this setting, you can enter only time periods. It is also possible to enter events that have not yet been completed. In this case, the system shows the fields for entering the start and end dates/times and the End Open indicator in the shift note.
- Only Time Period with Defined End
With this setting, you can only enter time periods with a defined end, i.e. events that have not yet been completed cannot be entered. In this case, the system shows only the fields for entering the start and end date/times in the shift note.
- Only Timespots
With this setting, you can only enter the timespot of events. In this case, the system shows the fields Date and (Clock) Time.
