Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the attachments that you assigned in the shift note and then removed are to be deleted immediately.
Use
- If you set the indicator, the object linkage between the shift note and the attachment is removed. In addition, the system sets a deletion flag for the document and physically deletes the originals stored in document management.
- If you do not set the indicator, only the object linkage between the shift note and the attachment is removed. In this case, the shift note no longer has an attachment but the uploaded documents continue to exist in the system.
Dependencies
The indicator only has an effect when an attachment is deleted if this attachment does not have any further object linkages.
