Definition

Specifies that the system is to directly archive or delete the database contents of the PI sheets/work instructions that satisfy the selection criteria you have defined.

Use

• If you set the indicator, the system archives or deletes the database contents without making a preselection.
• If you do not set the indicator, the system makes a preselection and displays the result in an ALV grid list.

Dependencies

If you want to carry out the archiving as a background job, you must set the indicator in the report variant because direct archiving or deletion is necessary in this case. If you have not set the indicator, the execution of the background job is terminated.
