Use

By restricting this number, you can improve system performance. In the standard system, the default value for this field is 500.

Dependencies

Internally, PI sheets are selected as follows:

1. PI sheet selection without taking the status of a PI sheet into account
2. Individual selection from the set of hits determined in step 1 according to the status and the period of time specified for status New

For technical reasons, the quantity entered here refers to step 1. As a result of the individual selection the maximum number specified may not be reached in the worklist and still not all PI sheets that really exist are displayed. In this case, a warning message is displayed.
