Definition
The Alternative Selection Indicator field can have the folllowing two values:
- Space
- 'X'
When the value SPACE is set, the table contents will be selected using the standard transfer program selection.
The value 'X' indicates that the method Alternative Data Select should be used to select the data. The field can be set to 'X' by using the method Set alternative Selection Flag.
