If this flag is set then the package check will be performed in in test mode, which implies:
- no setting adjustments will be written to database,
- the fact that the table does not exist in this system will not cause any further checks to be ignored.
The package check should only be performed in test mode for analysis purposes. During test and productive conversion projects it should remain unset.
