Definition

Enables you to group employees according to SI properties.

The value of this field is retrieved by the following reports:

  • Download of SI declaration file (RPDSIGB0) from the SI cluster (CX/WX) when you create the SI declaration tape, and stored in field 1 of record 200 (declaration overview) of the SI declaration.
  • DMFA report (RPCDMFB0) for further processing and eventually stored in the fields Worker code (00020 and 00037) of the electronic DMFA file.

Use

SI employee categories enable you to make statistical totals with regard to the SI declaration tape.

  • Depending on the record level, the employee category can be used to:
  • Refine the recruitment/SI status, as described in the group-subgroup properties,
  • Select the employees subject to a special contribution,
  • Identify specific reductions and additional contributions.

When, in tables combining the keys 'Employer category' and 'Employee category', the employer category is assigned a blank value, the rates are valid for all employee categories within the employer category.
