Documentation
Definition
Select the marital status of the employee.
The value of this field is retrieved by report 'Creation of Belcotax declaration tape' (RPCTXBB0) from the Belcotax cluster (CY/WY) when you create the Belcotax declaration tape, and stored in the Marital status field (2.19) of data records 281.10, 281.11 or 281.20, depending on the tax slip you have selected.
In the marital status, the delivered values are:
0 Unknown
1 Single
2 Married/Legally cohabitating
3 Widow
4 Divorced
5 Separated
6 Actually separated
C Legal cohabitation
Value 9 for the marital status, although in the customer range of table T5B14, is tolerated with the same effect as value C.
Use
As the tax amount is calculated differently according to the marital status, it is recommended that you select the correct value.
Procedure
When you create a new record, a default value is displayed, based on the Marital status field in infotype Personal data (0002). You can either confirm this value or change it.
