This field is used for statistical purposes in the current SI declaration only, which is valid until 31/12/2002.
The value of this field is retrieved by report 'Download of SI declaration file' (RPDSIGB0) from the SI cluster (CX/WX) when you create the SI declaration tape, and stored in field 3 of record 201 (general declaration information).
