Definition

In the context of assignment of determination paths to fields to be converted, the following entries are considered as requiring a review:

  1. Entries for which the check status is not o. k. or no check status exists
  2. Entries for which "Analyze Tables and Fields for Org. Units" returned a yellow or red traffic light
  3. Assignments suggested by the system

Using this field, you specify the released entries you want to be displayed.

"N" - Hide released entries

Released entries from categories 2 and 3 are hidden.

"M" - Hide released suggestions

Released entries from category 3 are hidden.

"F" - Show released entries

Released entries from categories 2 and 3 are displayed.

Notes

  • Entries from category 1 are always displayed.
  • Releasing entries from category 2 makes sense exclusively for documentation purposes. It shows that these entries have been reviewed and that you accept the results of "Analyze Tables and Fields for Org. Units". Note that protocol messages will occur during later processing of the related table anyway.
  • Entries from category 3 must be released.

Further notes

Multiple alternatives for a single field to be converted may have been stored using the "priority" feature. If at least one of these alternatives falls in any one of the three categories explained above, all alternatives are displayed.
