Definition
When you set this indicator and the according line in the rule definition was processed and lead to valid, the result turns to invalid and no further rule lines are processed.
Example
You want to define a rule for the fiscal year in an object key (AWKEY). The structure of the object key depends on the object type (AWTYP). You analysed the structure of several object types. You know that for some object types Ti the fiscal year is located at a specific offset. For some other object types Tj you know that there is no fiscal year in the object key. For all object types that you did not know so far, you want to output a message.
When the object type is of Tj, the second condition is fulfilled. This leads to a valid result but you want to return invalid. If a row of the rule definition leads to an invalid result, the next line is processed per definition. This would lead to the output of the message. When you set the indicator, invalid is returned and the processing stops as desired.
