Definition
The hit number specifies when the internal search algorithm for a component should stop.
Example
For one table record the structure X of a non-transparent field consists of 2 components BUKRS1 and BUKRS2. Using the action "offset determination via structure determination and value comparison" with a compare value 'BUKR*', the result would be offset 0 for hit number 1 but offset 4 for hit number 2.
