Definition
With package-dependent DTFLD entries, different target determination objects may be used depending on the priority.
On the other hand, the purpose of cross-package DTFLD entries (package 10020 and packages that can inherit any target determination objects) is to define a way of getting to a defined target determination object using priority control. This requires an additional target determination object in the key of the table, which is called sample target determination object. It is identical with the actual target determination object for the record.
Exception: To switch off determination for a record, you delete all data fields. For example, you can switch off determination for the sample determination object BUKRS, whereas determination for the sample determination object KOKRS takes place using a certain source field.
