Documentation
Definition
The system cardinality is the cardinality for a determination path that actually exists in a system.
Notes
- Determination of the system cardinality should be required only in exceptional cases. As a rule, maintaining the maximum cardinality should be sufficient.
- To determine the system cardinality in a blended package, choose the pushbutton 'System cardinality' in the maintenance view for the determination path. If you do so, the system executes an internal mass determination, which may take very long.
- If the system finds a system cardinality, it uses it instead of the maximum cardinality for controlling the determination accesses (see also maximum cardinality).
