Definition

This data element contains a character string (CHAR), length one. It characterizes the package size for the extraction of change pointers.

Use

In accordance with the domain, there are three possible values that this data element can adopt:

- F means that the package size is defined exactly in accordance with the predefined package size.

- I means a variable package size, based on the predefined package size, provided that all change pointers with the same EXPOBJKEY are supplied in the same package.

- N means that all change pointers are returned in the first and only package of the extraction.

Comments:

Value F is not compatible with the snapshot mode of CNS.
