Definition

Combine various settings for the procurement of components:

• Which stock the components are to be managed in
• The Third-party order indicator
• The Preliminary order indicator
• The item category

Use

By defining procurement indicators for frequently used combinations of settings, you avoid have to make the settings individually for each component.

When you assign a component to an activity, you can set a procurement indicator in the component overview. After you have made the assignment, you can no longer change the procurement indicator.

You can enter a procurement indicator in the network profile as a default value.

Procedure

Define a procurement indicator in Customizing the Project Systems under Material -> Procurement.
