Definition
If this has been selected, the entry view is displayed rather than the document splitting view (general ledger view).
Use
You may wish to set this parameter if you do not need to display the document splitting view. By doing this, fewer records are read from the database resulting in improved response times.
(The settings for the document splitting procedure are made in the Cash Management area in view V_T034. The F1 Help in the view fields describes the functions supported.)
For bank accounts (not open item accounts) you can only display the entry view in a limited capacity as it does not support data generated for Cash Management. (For more information, see View V_T034 in the F1 Help of the 'Ledger' field.)
