Definition
Denotes that you want to enter cross-plant standard XSteps. These are stored in the cross-plant XStep repository.
Use
The purpose of the cross-plant XStep repository is to store plant- independent standard execution steps. These can then be used in any plants.
Dependencies
A reference plant must be maintained in Customizing. This can be done in one of the following ways:
- In Customizing for Production Planning for Process Industries, choose the IMG activity Define Reference Plant for Cross-Plant Standard XSteps Repository and check the Reference Plant box for the desired plant.
- Invoke transaction CMX22 directly and check the Reference Plant box for the desired plant there.
