Use

You can use this restriction to improve system performance. In the standard system, the field is prepopulated with the value 500.

Dependencies

Selection of the work instructions is carried out internally in the following steps:

  1. Selection of work instructions without consideration of their status
  2. Fine selection from the number of hits determined in step 1 on the basis of status and the time-span specified in the case of status New

For technical reasons, the number entered here relates to step 1. Due to the subsequent fine selection, it may be that the specified maximum number is not reached in the worklist but nevertheless not all work instructions that actually exist are displayed. In this case, you get a corresponding warning message.
