Definition
Specifies the unique identifier of a change request type.
Use
You use this key to classify change requests in more detail.
- You must assign each new change request to a request type. These change request types are created for a process control key. Hence, all objects of a certain entity type (asset type or collateral agreement type) that is assigned to a control key, would allow change requests of the same types.
- Each change request is also assigned a screen variant and determines the screens that must be presented whenever a change request is created.
