Use
Change request category is used as an internal definition of key characteristics of change requests that may be required for the collateral process.
Dependencies
Change request categories are maintained at the system level and cannot be customized. You must assign each change request type to a pre-defined change request category. These assignments determine the internal behaviour of change requests.
