Documentation

Definition

Controls at item level the way in which the campaign assignment should be handled in the copy process. The following values exist:

  • 'A'    Copy all
  • The campaign assignment is copied 1:1 from the preceding document. In the follow-on document no campaign assignment takes place for the item concerned.
  • 'B'    Do not copy, new determination in target document
  • Campaign determination is carried out again in the follow-on document for the concerned item. No campaigns are copied from the preceding document.
  • 'C'    Manual copy and new determination in target document
  • Only the manually assigned campaigns are copied from the preceding document. Determination is then carried out again for the item concerned.

If you do not assign a value to this field, that is to say, you copy the standard value blank character, no campaigns are copied and campaign determination is triggered again in the follow-on document. In this case, the system acts as it would if 'B' had been selected for reasons of compatibility.

Use

Use this field to define how the campaigns assigned to an order item should be copied to the follow-on document in copy processes.

As a default, campaign determination is always carried out again here. If you want to copy the campaign assignment from the source item, you have to make the required settings.
