Use
There is an indicator in the results display showing if there is already a complaint for the billing document.
If there have been no complaints for any of the items in a selected billing document, the indicator is GREEN.
The indicator is YELLOW if there have been complaints for items in a selected document. This also means that corrections have already been made for the billing documents.
The system does not take account of existing complaints.
