Definition
The system uses a reference to a commodity condition during mark-to-market (MtM) determination to do the following:
- To determine the Commodity ID. If the reference condition contains multiple terms for multiple commodities, the condition value of this condition type is split by the same proportion (according to the term values).
- To derive the Quotation Period. This is relevant, for instance, if discounting is to be applied using a date determined from the quotation period.
